01. General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute the legal agreement between tqbed ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "member"). tqbed is an online betting and casino platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh.
Where these terms are prepared in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. tqbed reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect from the moment they are published on the platform.
1.1 Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the tqbed website, mobile version and all services operating under it.
- "Member" refers to any registered individual who holds an active account.
- "Account" refers to the personal user profile created at the time of registration.
- "Bet" refers to participating with money in any game, slot, casino or sports event.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to money granted for promotional purposes that must meet specific conditions before it can be converted to cash.
1.2 Applicable Law
The interpretation and application of these terms shall follow international cyber law and established legal principles relating to e-commerce. tqbed provides services to users in Bangladesh and gives the highest priority to the interests of local users.
02. Account Registration and Eligibility
To open an account and use services on tqbed, each member must meet the following eligibility requirements. tqbed reserves the right to cancel any account created in violation of these terms.

- Each individual may open only one account — multiple accounts under the same person's name are strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete and up to date.
- Members must create an account in their own name and for their own use; creating or managing an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
- A national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested for identity verification.
- Completing transactions using a third party's payment method is not permitted.
2.3 Account Verification (KYC)
Under tqbed's KYC (Know Your Customer) policy, any member may be asked to verify their identity, especially when processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. The process cannot be completed without the member's cooperation.
03. Account Management and Security
The security of your account is your own responsibility. tqbed is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by tqbed's negligence.
3.1 Password and Login Security
- Use a strong password of at least 8 characters combining letters, numbers and special characters.
- Do not share your login details with anyone — tqbed support will never ask for your password.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support immediately.
- Remember to log out of your session after logging in on a public computer or shared device.
3.2 Account Suspension or Closure
tqbed reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity or manipulation.
- Confirmed operation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
- At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
Upon account closure, legitimate funds will be returned; however, if fraud or a breach of terms is proven, funds may be forfeited.
04. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
tqbed handles financial transactions through mobile banking and bank transfer methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.1 Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 — this limit applies to every payment method.
- Deposits must be made only from your own payment account.
- If a third party's payment method is used, the funds will be returned and the account may be reviewed.
- Contact support regarding any deposit delayed due to a technical issue.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Your identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests may be held for additional verification.
- The withdrawal account and the deposit account must be the same.
4.3 Technical Errors
If an incorrect amount is credited or an incorrect payment is processed due to a technical error, tqbed has the full right to correct the error, even if the funds in question have already been used in bets.
05. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
tqbed provides promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers have specific conditions, and a bonus may be cancelled if those conditions are not met.
Welcome Bonus
100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳5,000. Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳500 deposit earns a ৳500 bonus; to convert the total ৳1,000 to cash, ৳5,000 in bets must be placed.
VIP Cashback
The weekly cashback rate is determined by VIP level — from 0.2% to 0.8% across levels from Bronze to Diamond. No wagering requirement applies to cashback.
5.1 General Bonus Usage Conditions
- Each bonus offer may be claimed only once, unless the terms state otherwise.
- Bonus funds are tracked separately from cash funds.
- Applicable wagering conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
- If wagering conditions are not met within the set time limit after claiming a bonus, the bonus and any winnings earned through it will be cancelled.
- Two bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation.
5.2 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation
tqbed reserves the right to cancel a bonus in the following cases: claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, using third-party funds, applying risk-free betting strategies (hedging), or carrying out any activity tqbed considers bonus abuse.
06. Betting Rules
Bets can be placed on cricket, football, casino games, slots and other categories on the tqbed platform. The following general rules apply to all bets.
6.1 General Betting Rules
- A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed, unless tqbed cancels it for technical reasons.
- tqbed's decision is final in determining bet outcomes.
- If a bet is affected by a network disconnection or device issue, the bet data recorded on the server is authoritative.
- The odds displayed are effective at the moment a bet is confirmed. Any subsequent change in odds does not affect a confirmed bet.
- tqbed reserves the right to cancel bets placed based on erroneous odds or incorrect information.
6.2 Sports Betting
Betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA, various leagues), kabaddi and other sports events is governed by tqbed's specific sports betting rules. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bet funds will be returned; however, different rules apply for partial or already-completed events.
6.3 Casino Games
Casino games (slots, baccarat, live dealer games, etc.) are governed by the rules of the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.). Each game has its own payout structure.
07. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tqbed platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation, forfeiture of funds and legal action.
- Attempting to manipulate the system or games through fraudulent means.
- Placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotional offers.
- Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method or account.
- Using tqbed for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
- Attempting a cyber attack or hacking on the tqbed system.
- Colluding with other players or teams to manipulate betting outcomes.
- Providing false identity or documents.
- Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
08. Responsible Gambling Policy

8.1 Self-Exclusion Facility
Any member may request to close their account for a specific period or permanently. This request can be submitted via live chat or email.
8.2 Setting Limits
Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and betting limits. Any attempt to exceed these limits will be automatically blocked by the system.

9.1 Permitted Use
Members may use content from the tqbed platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or publication for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited without written permission from tqbed.
9.2 Third-Party Game Content
All games and related content from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and other game providers belong to the intellectual property of the respective companies. Any unauthorised use of this content may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability
tqbed is not liable, to the maximum extent permitted by law, in the following cases:

- Financial losses resulting from betting outcomes — this is the user's own risk.
- Service disruption due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).
- Issues caused by the user's device or network.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute between tqbed and a member will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. Follow the steps below to resolve a dispute:

- tqbed generally provides an initial response to complaints within 48 hours.
12.2 Final Decision
The tqbed customer service team will review the dispute and provide a final decision. If both parties fail to reach a resolution through discussion, the matter may be settled through applicable international legal procedures.
13. Changes to Terms
tqbed reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.
13.1 Notice of Changes
For significant changes, tqbed will endeavour to notify members via their registered email address or through a platform notification. However, it is the member's own responsibility to review the terms and conditions regularly.
13.2 Continued Use After Changes
Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be taken to mean that you have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, stop using the platform and request account closure.
